Excerpt: Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Human Capital Management Audit The Department of Commerce will be the subject of an OPM human capital management audit during the last quarter of FY 2005 (July 1 to September 30, 2005). As in the past, OPM will examine the use of human resources authorities, but the focus will be on how the authorities are used to sustain three key drivers of human capital management: talent, leadership/knowledge management, and results-oriented performance culture.
