En los anales de la Criminología existen registros que daban cuenta de la preocupación por dar sentido a las conductas “desordenadas”, aquellas que no encajaban en el estándar moral y atropellaban violentamente los valores sociales. Al estilo demonológico se concentraban explicaciones donde espíritus poseían cuerpos desventurados y los orillaban al delito, sin razón ni voluntad; el delito era un pecado. En la presente reflexión, se hará una revisión del paso por estos pensamientos. In the annals of criminology there are records that gave an account of the concern for giving meaning to “disordered” behaviors, those that did not fit into the moral standard and violently ran over social values. In the demonological style, explanations were concentrated where spirits possessed hapless bodies and bordered them to crime, without reason or will; the crime was a sin. In this reflection, there will be a review of the passage through these thoughts.
