The intent of this research is to provide an analysis of the ICBM maintenance team utilization at the current intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) alert rate and at lowered alert rates. Quantitative research methodologies are used to model historical ICBM maintenance data from the 341st Maintenance Group (MG) and simulate future maintenance team utilization at both the current and decreased ICBM alert rates. The results of this simulation and modeling show negligible savings in overall ICBM maintenance team utilization....

The ground and air forces have strong interlocking connections in the battlefield operations known as close air support (CAS). In the 1970s the Army and Air Force began to develop a shared battlefield doctrine known as battlefield air interdiction(BAI) that was concerned with a class of targets that lay out a fair distance from the front lines. Later, on the battlefields of Desert Storm, the Air Force excluded BAI from its tasking orders, although some claimed interdiction missions of this nature were carried out under different names. Lt Col Terrance J. McCaffrey III looks into What Happened to BAI? Army and Air Force Battlefield Doctrine Development from Pre–Desert Storm to 2001. The US tax code is complicated and misleading. The following proposal has a flat tax rate as well as a progressive tax rate. The progressive tax rate is on normal earned income. There is a violation of the double taxation standard in regard to the transaction tax. This is bypassed by considering each financial transaction as conveying an item of worth and each transaction is a single entity. The transaction tax is 0.001 x the total value of the transaction. The vice transaction tax is 25% of the total value of the transaction. The transaction tax is usually paid by the seller. There is a special income category for entities that win court judgments and the lottery. That wealth transfer is not subject to the earned income tax rate or political contribution tax as long as that income is placed in a savings account of some kind. If the seller does not pay the transaction tax or report the transaction, the government is able to seize all assets of that entity. The principles in the entity are subject to criminal prosecution.
